The Italian Prime Minister, Georgia Meloni, paid a tribute on Sunday at the Martyrs’ Sanctuary in Algiers, in memory of the martyrs of the glorious National Liberation Revolution.
In front of the commemorative stele, Mrs. Meloni laid a wreath of flowers and observed a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs.
The Italian Prime Minister began a working and friendship visit to Algeria, leading a large ministerial delegation.
Upon her arrival at Houari-Boumediene International Airport, she was welcomed by the Prime Minister, Mr Aïmene Benabderrahmane, and members of the government.
