A person was killed and two others were injured in a traffic accident that occurred today, Thursday, in the municipality of El Hasasna (Saida), according to the province’s Directorate of Civil Protection.
The same source indicated that the accident occurred on national road No. 10 after a car deviated and overturned, leading to the death of a 37-year-old woman on the spot and the injury of two people with injuries of varying severity.
The agents of the secondary unit of the civil protection of El Hasasna intervened to provide first aid to the injured, aged 26 and 30, and transferred them to the public hospital of the same municipality, while the victim’s body was transferred to the mortuary department in the same hospital.
The National Gendarmerie has opened an investigation to find out the causes of this accident.
