The advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of foreign relations, Abdelhafid Allahoum, and the Minister of Moudjahidine and Rightful Holders, Laïd Rebiga, went on Thursday to the home of the Moudjahid and commander of the historical Wilaya IV, Youcef el Khatib, to inquire about his condition, on the instructions of the President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
“On the instructions of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, we visited today one of the symbols of the glorious war of liberation, commander of the historical Wilaya IV, Mr. Youcef el Khatib, known as Si Hassan, to inquire about his health condition,” Rebiga said following the visit. “He is well and we wish him good health and long life as well as all our moudjahidin, on the occasion of the celebration of the month of the martyrs”.
