Agreement to start creating activities in the agricultural and food fields

It was agreed today, Sunday,  to start creating activities for project holders and owners of micro-enterprises funded by “ANADE” agency in the field of raising poultry, sheep and cows, and opening points of sale of red and white meat in partnership with public associations active in the agricultural sector, according to a statement issued today, Sunday by the services of the Minister delegated to the Prime Minister in charge of micro-enterprises.

This came during a technical meeting at the Ministry’s headquarters, chaired by the Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Micro-enterprises, Nassim Diafat, which focused on the implementation of agreements concluded with various ministerial sectors in order to empower the owners of micro-enterprises.

Activists in the agricultural field can benefit from project deals and conclude partnerships with public economic institutions.

The meeting was attended by the Director-General of the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development and the Ministry’s officials, in addition to representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the chiefs and general managers of “AGROLOG” and its branches “ONAB” and “ALVIAR”, representatives of the National Fund for Agricultural Cooperation and the President and General Director of the office of The National Center for Rural Development Studies, as well as the Director of Handicrafts at the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts, adds the statement.

In this context, it was agreed to enable project holders and owners of micro-enterprises to open red and white meat sales points in partnership with the AGROLOG Food Industries and Logistics Complex.

 It was also agreed to start creating activities in the field of raising poultry, sheep and cows between the micro-enterprises funded by the “ANADE” agency and the “ONAB” and “ALVIAR” collectors, in order to finance these activities by establishing a tripartite system that brings together the micro-enterprises that are active in this field.

According to this tripartite system, owners of small enterprises benefit from obtaining chicks, fodder and ewes in return for supplying the regional vehicles of the “ONAB” complex and guaranteeing outlets for their marketing.

It was also agreed during this meeting to hold partnerships with micro-enterprises active in the field of cold distribution from distributing the products of the food and logistics complex “AGROLOG” with regard to white meat, meat and other foodstuffs.

On the other hand, the meeting touched on studying the possibility of concluding an agreement between the National Fund for Agricultural Cooperation, micro-enterprises and veterinarians funded by the “ANADE” agency in conducting operations.

The National Office for Rural Development Studies was also entrusted with the task of submitting studies on agricultural lands to the Agency “ANADE” in order to encourage and guide owners of micro-enterprises to enter the world of agriculture, according to the same statement.
