Algeria and Libya commemorate the battle of Issine by organizing historical and scientific demonstrations

Activities to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Battle of Issine, which embodied the landmarks of cohesion between the Algerian and Libyan peoples, began today, Wednesday, in Tripoli with the organization of many historical and scientific activities, with the participation of the Minister of Mujahideen and People of Rights, Laid Rebigua.

For reference, the demonstration also organized an exhibition of books to introduce the most important historical stations of the Algerian liberation revolution, in addition to presenting examples of Libyan support and assistance for the liberation revolution documented by the Libyan Center for Archives and Historical Studies.

The exhibition also included books and banners introducing the history of Libya before Italian colonialism, all the way to the Libyan resistance movement.
