Algeria celebrated on Saturday, at the headquarters of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, the national day of diplomacy that coincides with 08 October each year.
On this occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, confirmed that October 08, 1962, the date of Algeria’s official adhesion to the United Nations, is an important moment in which we recall with pride the purity of our diplomatic history embellished with the finest pictures of struggle, devotion and dedication to the independence of Algeria, defending its sovereignty and protecting its territorial integrity.
