Algeria expressed its full solidarity with Indonesia, following the violent earthquake that struck, today, Monday, the Java region, confirming that it stands fully with the Indonesian government and people to overcome the effects of this ordeal, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the national community abroad.
“Following the violent earthquake that struck today in the Java region, south of the capital, Jakarta, leaving many victims and many injured, Algeria expresses its full solidarity with the sisterly Republic of Indonesia,” the statement said.
“While Algeria extends its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and its wishes for a speedy recovery for the wounded and injured, it affirms its full support with the Indonesian government and people to overcome the effects of this painful ordeal,” the statement adds.
