Prime Minister, Mr. Aïmene Benabderrahmane received, Thursday at the Government Palace, Carlos Tavares, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the automotive group “Stellantis” which intends to launch a project to build vehicles of the Italian brand FIAT in Algeria.
“The Prime Minister, Aïmene Benabderrahmane received, Thursday, October 13, 2022 at the Government Palace, Carlos Tavares, CEO of the automotive group ‘Stellantis’, visiting Algeria on the occasion of the signing of the framework agreement on the development of the automotive industry and the construction of vehicles of the Italian brand FIAT in Algeria”, we read in a press release from the services of the Prime Minister.
This project is part of the strengthening of the privileged strategic partnership linking Algeria and Italy and in concretization of the recommendations of the 4th Algerian-Italian Intergovernmental Summit held in Algiers on July 18, adds the same source.
