Vice President of the Libyan Presidency Council, Moussa al-Kouni, arrived today, Thursday, as part of an official visit to Algeria.
Al-Kouni was received at Houari Boumediene International Airport by Ramtane Lamamra, Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad.
