The proceedings of the Arab foreign ministers’ preparatory meeting for the Council of the Arab League at the summit level, which will be held on November 1 and 2, kicked off this afternoon in Algiers.
The Arab foreign ministers will meet at the International Conference Center “Abdelatif Rahal” over two days, to adopt the draft agenda and to consider and approve draft resolutions, while a consultative session will be held on the second day.
