Security services of the province of Algiers managed to dismantle a criminal network made up of 06 people, including two women, accused of kidnapping and torturing a young man, according to a statement issued today, Tuesday, by the security services of the province of Algiers.
The statement indicated that the security services of the province of Algiers, through the judicial police squad of the administrative district of El Harrach, managed to dismantle a criminal network made up of 06 people aged between 21 and 44 years old over the charges of kidnapping.
The victim of this criminal network was a 34-year-old man, who, “after in-depth investigations, was set free after being detained and tortured by the suspects.”
The operation also resulted – adds the same source – in “the seizure of 05 vehicles used in this criminal scheme, and the recovery of a tourist vehicle owned by the victim, which was under investigation.”
