The security services of the province of Algiers arrested 13 people who blocked the road and obstructed traffic in the Oued Ouchayah tunnel in El Harrach, a statement from the same services said on Monday.
The same source indicated that “following a report stating that traffic inside the Oued Ouchayah tunnel was obstructed by a wedding procession, the members of the security services headed to the spot and arrested 13 people and impounded 9 vehicles and a motorcycle.”
After completing the legal procedures, the detainees were brought before the competent judicial authorities in the region.
