The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has approved the appointment of Mr. Saad Maandi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of the Philippines with residence in Kuala Lumpur, a statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad said Tuesday.
