Two oxygen generating stations arrived, yesterday evening, Wednesday, at Boufarik Air Base in the First Military region, on board a military transport plane belonging to National People’s Army, according to a statement of the Ministry of National Defense announced today, Thursday.
The same source stated that, in the context of “continuing efforts to support the national health system and providing various necessary means to optimally take care of people infected with the Coronavirus, yesterday evening, Wednesday 04 August 2021, landed at Boufarik Air Base in the first military region, a military transport plane belonging to People’s National Army, on board Two (02) oxygen generating stations, brought from Italy, to the hospital’s central pharmacy.
The same statement added, “This operation, which will be followed by similar operations soon, in order to bring in other shipments of health equipment and anti-Coronavirus vaccines, confirms the permanent presence of the National People’s Army to perform its noble humanitarian tasks alongside state institutions to contribute to national efforts to reduce the effects of this dangerous pandemic.”
