The Minister of Communication, Mohamed Bouslimani received on Sunday at the headquarters of the ministry, the ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Algeria, Li Jian with whom he reviewed the means of strengthening cooperation in the field of media and communication, and ways to raise it to the level of privileged relations between the two countries, said a statement from the ministry.
The meeting focused on “ways of strengthening the historical bilateral relations between the two countries, particularly in the field of media and communication, training and digitisation”, the same source added.
The two parties also discussed “the importance of cooperation between the two countries in the field of media and communication, and the means of raising it to the level of their privileged political and economic relations, by encouraging exchanges between Algerian and Chinese media organizations, including in terms of joint media production in line with new technologies in this field.
