Minister of the Interior, Local Communities and Regional Planning, Brahim Merad, is taking part, on Wednesday in Tunis, in the work of the 40th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Interior (CMAI), said a statement from the ministry.
In addition to the Ministers of the Interior of the Arab countries, high-level security delegations as well as representatives of the Arab League and of Arab and international bodies are taking part in this session.
Issues related to strengthening joint security cooperation and the assessment of the activities of the Council and its various structures are on the agenda of this 40th session of the CMAI, the same source added.
