
The Council of the Nation will resume its work on Tuesday in a plenary session which will be devoted to the examination of the draft law on the exercise of trade union rights, said Monday, a statement of the Council.
During this session, the Government representative will present the draft law amending and supplementing Law No. 90-14 of 2 June 1990 on the exercise of trade union rights.
The preliminary report of the Commission on Health, Social Affairs, Labour and National Solidarity will also be presented during this session, followed by statements by members of the Council of the Nation and the response of the government representative.
