2211 new confirmed Coronavirus cases were recorded in Algeria during the last 24 hours while 988 patients recovered and 13 deaths have been recorded, according Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform today statement.
The same statement added that the total number of confirmed cases reached 234536 cases, while the total number of recoveries reached 158616 and the total number of deaths is 6481.
There are currently 35 patients in intensive care, according to the same statement, adding that 15 towns have registered less than ten cases, 7 towns have not registered any case, while 26 towns have recorded more than 12 cases, added the statement.
Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform stressed on the fact that the current situation of the pandemic requires citizens to be vigilant and to respect rules of hygiene.
