General Directorate of Taxes called today, Monday, on operators concerned with the single tax system, to which amendments were included under the Supplementary Finance Law for 2022, to subscribe to the discretionary declaration before August 15.
The statement indicated that, according to the new measures contained in the Supplementary Finance Law of 2022, taxpayers whose annual professional income does not exceed 8 million dinars are subject to the single tax system, with the possibility of choosing to submit to the simplified system for non-commercial professions.
The Directorate General of Taxes added that the amount of the single lump sum tax, payable for each year, regardless of the annual professional income achieved, cannot be less than 10,000 dzd (the minimum tax), which must be paid in full when subscribing to the discretionary declaration.
