Mahfoud Kerbadj has presided over the Professional Football League on two occasions, the first during the period from 2011 to 2016 and the second from 2016 to 2018, before the association’s office was dissolved by the former president of the Algerian Football Federation, Kheireddine Zetchi, and Abdelkrim Medouar was appointed as head of the body in June of the same year.
