The Deputy Defense Minister of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant-General Alexander Fomin, left Algeria today, Tuesday, according to a statement of the Ministry of National Defense.
He was seen off at Boufarik Air Base (the first military region) by Major General Mohamed Saleh Benbicha, Acting Secretary-General of the Ministry of National Defense, and the commanders of the forces and central directors of the Ministry of National Defense.
