Eight (08) people died by drowning, including six at sea, during the last 48 hours, said Saturday a report of the Civil Protection.
Of the six drownings recorded at sea, four occurred at the beaches of Mostaganem province, the victims were aged between 19 and 31 years, while the 5th death occurred in Annaba and the 6th in Bejaia, said the same source.
In addition, two other drownings occurred in water basins, one in Blida, while the victim was 31 years old, the second victims, aged 15 years, happened in Saida province.
