The amount of the financial contribution applicable to the electronic certification service provider is fixed as follows: a fixed part in the amount of one hundred thousand dinars (DA 100,000) excluding tax; an annual variable part, according to the latest executive degree, published in the official gazette number 45.
Executive Decree No. 21-248 setting the amount of the financial contribution applicable to the provider of electronic certification services was published in the official gazette No. 45.
Two per cent (2%) excluding tax on the turnover achieved by the service provider in respect of services offered in the context of electronic certification activity for the first two (2) years of activity; three per cent (3%) excluding tax on the turnover achieved by the service provider in respect of services offered in the context of electronic certification activity from the third (3) year of activity onwards”, states Article 2 of the said Executive Decree of 3 June.
The amount of the permanent part of the financial contribution shall be paid on issue of the authorisation to provide electronic certification services.
The amount of the variable part of the financial contribution shall be calculated by the economic authority for electronic certification on the basis of the accounting documents provided by the providers of electronic certification services.
The economic authority for electronic certification must collect the amount of the variable part of the financial contribution by 31 December of the year following, adds the executive decree.
