FAF: Towards creation of academy for training of young talents in Ouargla

The Algerian Football Federation (FAF) will create an academy to train young talents in Ouargla, the football authority announced on Sunday.

The FAF wrote on its official website: “Last week, member of the Federal Bureau and Chairman of the FAF Facilities Development Committee, Bachir Mansouri, paid a working visit to take stock of sports facilities in Ouargla as part of the creation of an academy to train FAF football players, which will glow in several southern provinces. “.

The academies’ creation project, which was initiated by the former Federal Office headed by Kheireddine Zetchi, saw the day light through the creation of two academies in Khemis Miliana (Ain Defla) and Sidi Bel Abbas.

The same source adds that “during his visit to the sports complex designated to host this project, Bachir Mansouri was accompanied by the Director of Youth and Sports of the province of Ouargla, Abbas Al-Arbi, and the President of the Football Association of the province of Ouargla, Kahloul Jalloul.”

This sports facility includes a stadium, a multi-sports hall, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a gymnasium, a dining area, an auditorium, a 50-bed accommodation facility, and an administrative department.

The FAF statement concluded by saying that “after this visit, Mansouri expressed his satisfaction with the quality of the facilities and the possibility of establishing a quality academy to train young football talents. This file will be monitored seriously in the coming weeks.”
