Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, gave Wednesday firm instructions to regional directors of the National Company of Real Estate Development (ENPI) on the need to complete all housing projects in the two formulas, Housing Promotional Public (LPP) and Housing Promotional Free (LPL) and facilitate their sale.
The Minister was addressing a technical meeting devoted to the achievements of the ENPI in the formulas LPP and LPL, reads a publication of the Ministry on its Facebook page.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Director General of ENPI and regional directors who presented a detailed presentation on the status of housing construction works concerned by the LPP and LPL program.
It was also discussed at this meeting of the assessment of housing whose work has been completed and that of housing that will be distributed soon.
The Ministry reminded that the ENPI had begun the online marketing via its electronic site of housing LPP and LPL through several provinces.
