The Minister of Industry, Ahmed Zeghdar announced Wednesday evening, the creation of a committee responsible for developing a new specification for the import of vehicles before the end of January, saying that the approvals will be given quickly to dealers.
Guest of public television, Mr. Zeghdar said that his department has established a committee responsible for developing a new book of specifications for the import of vehicles, following the instructions given by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, during the last Council of Ministers, concerning the immediate amendments to be made in the specifications for the import of vehicles.
Mr. Zeghdar said that the new specifications set the conditions of import and distribution of vehicles “according to each category”, unlike the previous text.
