International artist Maluma cancels concert in Morocco due to Melilla massacre

Colombian international star Maluma canceled a party he was planning to organize on Friday, July 1st in Marrakesh, in solidarity with the killing of migrants by Moroccan security while trying to cross the border fence separating the Spanish controlled cities of Melilla and the Moroccan province of Nador in the north.

Maluma published one of the videos documenting the bodies of the dead and wounded migrants who were shot while trying to cross the fence.

He wrote a comment saying: “Dios mio que es esto ??? para donde va la humanidad si seguimos”

“Oh my God.. What is this.. Where did humanity go if we got to this point?”

The organizer of the international star’s concert, Maluma, had announced the cancellation of the concert just hours ago, as it was scheduled to be organized in the great stadium of Marrakesh on July 1st.

It is worth noting that the price of tickets for this concert sparked widespread controversy on social media, as it exceeded 2,000 dirhams, equivalent to 3 million centimes.
