JS Kabylie beats Cameroon’s Coton Sport and snatches final ticket to CAF Confederation Cup

JS Kabylie snatched a ticket to qualify for the final round of the CAF Confederation Cup, after its victory over its guest, Cameroon’s Coton Sport 3-0 (first half: 3-0), at July 5 Olympic Stadium (Algiers), for the second leg of the semi-finals of the competition.

The JS Kabylie’s goals were scored by Boulahia (6mn, 45+1mn) and Souyad through a penalty kick in the 37th minute of the game.

JS Kabylie won the first-leg match at the Ahmed Ahidjo stadium in Yaoundé (2-1) last Sunday.

In the final, JS Kabylie will face the winner of the game opposing Moroccan club Raja Casablanca to its Egyptian rival Pyramids, after the two teams tied in the first leg in Cairo (0-0).

The final match of the Confederation Cup is slated for Saturday, July 10 in Cotonou (Benin).
