The teams of JS Kabylie and NC Magra will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, as part of the League Cup final at the July 5th stadium here in Algeria, at 19:00, with the aim of snatching the title and securing a ticket to participate in the next edition of the African Confederation Cup.
After the Algerian Cup competition was canceled due to the intensive programming caused by Coronavirus pandemic, the “round ball” fans will have their eyes fixed on the Olympic complex to follow this unprecedented final between two teams aspiring to save their season by snatching a title.
If JS Kabylie occupies the fifth position in the ranking of the first league with an incomplete match, NC Magra has not yet secured its position, as it occupies the 12th place with a total of 40 points and is still threatened with relegation.
The winner of this cup will participate in the next edition of the African Confederation Cup, along with the third-place holder in the first league standings. In the event that the team crowned with the cup finishes the championship among the top three in the standings, the loser in the final will be Algeria’s second representative in the Confederation Cup.
This final will be monitored by the international referee, Mustafa Ghorbal, with the assistance of Mohamed Serraj and Ibrahim Hamlawi, and the fourth referee will be Abdelmoumen Twabti.
