Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, Lieutenant-General Saïd Chanegriha, will embark today, Sunday on an official visit to the State of Qatar at the invitation of Lieutenant-General Salim bin Hamad Al-Aqeel Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, to attend the activities of the seventh edition of the Doha International Maritime Defense Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX-2022) scheduled to be organized in Doha from March 21 to 23, 2022, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of National Defense.
This visit falls within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the People’s National Army and the Armed Forces of the State of Qatar, which will enable the two parties to discuss issues of common interest, the statement adds.
