A minute of silence will be observed, Monday at 11:00 a.m., throughout the national territory and the diplomatic and consular representations of Algeria abroad, in memory of the chouhada of the massacres of October 17, 1961.
Under Presidential Decree 21-392, signed by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune on October 16, 2021, all executives, civil servants, personnel and workers at central and local levels and at the level of diplomatic representations and consular officers abroad are invited to observe a minute of silence, in memory of the chouhada of the massacres of October 17, 1961.
