Mauritanian authorities confirmed yesterday, Sunday that the targeting of their citizens outside the borders is unacceptable, due to the bombing of defenseless Mauritanians by Moroccan drones on the border with occupied Western Sahara, stressing that these incidents are “unacceptable and no longer acceptable to be repeated.”
The Mauritanian party also urged the authorities of his country and the international organizations of the United Nations and the African Union to “respond forcefully to this logic that contradicts universal human values, and that threatens the life of every Mauritanian civilian by making him a target of drone fire while trying to approach or cross the northern border area.”
