Algerian karateka Louisa Abourich offered Algeria its second gold medal in the Mediterranean Games-2022 in Oran, after defeating Egyptian Ahlam Younes, with a score (4-1) in the final fight for (less than 55 kg) today, Sunday, at the Mohamed Ben Ahmed Conference Center in Oran.
This medal is the third for Algeria after the gold medal offered by Celia Ouikane (less than 50 kg) and the silver medal of Alaa Salmi in (less than 60 kg).
The two bronze medals for the under 55 kg category were snatched by Italian Brunori Veronica and Turkish Yakan Tugba.
