One day ahead of the official opening ceremony of the 19th edition of the Oran 202 Mediterranean Games, the competitions of “Water Polo” kicked off today, Friday in the public garden pool, opposing Slovenia and Portugal for the first round of Group B.
This game, which started at 10:00 a.m, was followed by a second match between France and Montenegro (12:00 a.m.), and the water polo competitions will continue in the evening with two matches from the first group between Greece and Spain (16:00) and between Turkey and Italy (18:00 ).
It should be noted that the 19th edition of the Mediterranean Games (Oran 2022), which will last until July 6, will be marked by the participation of nearly 4,000 male and female athletes representing 26 countries of the Mediterranean basin.
