Minister of Energy discusses with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Honduras ways to develop cooperation in energy field

The Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, received, Monday in Algiers, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Honduras, Torres Zelaya Gerardo Jose Antonio, with whom he discussed ways and means to develop cooperation between the two countries in the energy field, according to a statement by the ministry.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed possibilities and ways of developing bilateral relations and establishing cooperation relations through mutually beneficial partnership projects, especially in the field of energy and mining, the statement adds.

For this purpose, the two parties indicated that experts will be appointed to work together with the aim of identifying tangible projects to be implemented, thus enabling companies and investors from both countries to better identify business opportunities.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Honduras also expressed his desire to strengthen and expand cooperation relations between Algeria and his country and to establish a win-win partnership, according to the same source.
