The Minister of Interior, Local Communities and Urban Development, Brahim Merad , stressed today, Saturday, in the province of Touggourt, the need to provide an encouraging investment environment for the benefit of young people.
Mr. Merad indicated during a working visit to the Touggourt that “providing an encouraging investment environment for the benefit of young people will allow them to engage more widely in the industrial fabric.”
In the same context, the minister highlighted the importance of consolidating the investment culture among young people and supporting them in various ways to ensure the creation of effective and productive investment companies and projects in various sectors.
He pointed out, on the occasion, the important investment elements available in the province of Touggourt, especially in the fields of agriculture and industry, which, he added, require special and great attention from the investing youth in order to create development and an economic dynamic in the same province.
During his inspection of some of the development projects for the benefit of grey areas such as urban planning projects and public lighting, as well as paving roads, Mr. Merad appreciated the development efforts made by the local authorities to take care of the urgent needs of the population, stressing in this context that “the state is keen to guaranteeing the citizen’s right to development wherever he is and providing him with all the conditions that guarantee him an improvement in his living conditions.”
