The Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Abderrachid Tabi, oversaw, Tuesday in Algiers, the inauguration ceremony of the new president and governor of the State Council.
The inauguration ceremony, which took place at the State Council headquarters, comes in implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to appoint Mr. Mohamed Bennacer as President of the State Council, and Mr. Abdelghafour Kehoul as Governor of the State at the State Council.
