Minister of National Education kicks off baccalaureate exams from Adrar

Minister of National Education, Abdelhakim Belabed, gave Sunday from the daïra of Reggane in the wilaya of Adrar, the kick-off of the exam of the baccalaureate (session 2022).

Mr. Belabed proceeded to the opening of the folds containing the copies of the Arabic language test at the examination center of the Amhamed Djebabri high school.

On this occasion, all safety and health measures have been taken to make this event a success.

In addition to the Advisor to the President of the Republic, in charge of National Education and Higher Education, Noureddine Ghouali, the Minister was accompanied by the Wali of Adrar, Larbi Bahloul, representatives of the civil and military authorities, deputies and representatives of parents’ organizations.

The wilaya of Adrar has 10,078 candidates, 3,473 of whom attend school, spread over 37 examination centers and supervised by 3,641 supervisors.

At the national level, more than 700,000 candidates apply, from June 12 to 16, for the baccalaureate exams spread over more than 2,500 examination centers.

According to the Ministry of National Education, no change has been made to the conduct of the baccalaureate exam this year compared to previous years.

Candidates will have two subjects to choose from in each subject, with the addition of half an hour in the response time, in addition to the statutory time for each subject.

These events are taking place under exceptional conditions for the third consecutive year. A special preventive protocol against Covid-19 has been adopted.
