The Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Abderrahmane Djamel Lotfi Benbahmed, held talks with the Mexican Ambassador to Algeria Gabriel Rosenzweig on ways to activate bilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of the pharmaceutical industry, according to the ministry.
During this meeting, which took place at the ministry’s headquarters, the two sides reviewed the Algerian-Mexican bilateral relations, according to what the ministry posted on its website.
During the meeting, they also discussed ways to activate cooperation, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, in anticipation of the upcoming visit of the Secretary of Foreign Relations of Mexico, Marcelo Ebrard, to Algeria.
The talks resulted in emphasizing “the necessity of developing and consolidating the partnership between the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Materials and the Mexican Federal Commission for the Protection from Health Risks through the signing of a partnership contract between the two parties,” according to the statement.
