The Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments, Youcef Belmehdi, received today, Sunday, the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Algeria, Mohammad Al-Shabo, and the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Chaker Attallah Al-Amouche, according to a statement issued by the same ministry.
The statement indicated that Mr. Belmehdi received the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Algeria, Mr. Al-Shabo, at the ministry’s headquarters, where the two sides reviewed the relations of cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance them in the field of religious affairs and endowments.
The minister also received Jordan’s ambassador to Algeria, Mr. Al-Amouche, as part of a courtesy visit after he was approved as ambassador to his country late last year. The visit was an opportunity to discuss means of cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the field of religious affairs and endowments, the statement adds.
