The Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Territorial Planning, Kamal Beldjoud will pay a three-day working visit to Qatar from Monday at the invitation of the Qatari Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, Sheikh Khalifa bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani, according to a ministry statement.
This visit, which is part of the “strengthening of cooperation relations between Algeria and Qatar”, is an opportunity to “discuss ways of strengthening cooperation and exchange of experience in areas related to security, civil protection, risk management and modernization,” the statement said.
Mr Beldjoud is to participate in Qatar in the 14th edition of the “Milipol Qatar” exhibition, which will be held from 24 to 26 May at the Doha Exhibition and Conference Centre.
The exhibition, which focuses on the latest innovations in security and civil protection, will see the participation of 40 countries.
