The new Minister of Culture and Arts Wafa Chaâlal took up her post at the head of Culture and Arts Ministry succeeding to Malika Bendouda, following the announcement of the new government led by Aïmene Benabderrahmane.
The ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture and Arts in the presence of sector executives.
On this occasion, the newly appointed Minister thanked the President of the Republic for the trust he has placed in her person to manage this important sector and to contribute to the construction of a new Algeria through culture sector.
For her part, Malika Bendouda gave a brief summary of the Ministry achievements, and also thanked the ministry’s executives for their dedication and work throughout that period.
