The Ministry of Energy Transition and Renewable Energies is taking part in the Middle East and North Africa Climate Week, which kicked off today, Monday, in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
A statement issued by the Ministry said that the latter “represents Algeria in the activities of Middle East and North Africa Climate Week held from March 28 and 31, 2022 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.”
The ministry indicated that the participation in the Middle East and North Africa Climate Week aims to “take advantage from the contributions of international bodies to support the action plan to accelerate the energy transition in Algeria.”
It is worth noting that Algeria is participating in the event at the invitation of the United Nations Development Program and the International Agency for Renewable Energy.
