Algeria received 04 generators to produce oxygen, acquired from France, via a military cargo plane belonging to the National People’s Army, which landed on Thursday evening, at the military air base of Boufarik Airport, in the first military region, with the aim to taking care for people infected with Coronavirus “Covid-19”, according to a statement by the Ministry of National Defense.
The same source indicated that “in continuation of the operations to bring the necessary health equipment to optimally take care of those infected with Coronavirus, a military cargo plane belonging to People’s National Army landed on Thursday evening, August 12, 2021, at Boufarik Air Base in the first military region, carrying four (04) generators to produce oxygen, acquired from France, for the benefit of the central pharmacy of hospitals.
The same source added, “This shipment, to be followed by other shipments of health equipment and vaccines against Coronavirus, in the coming days and weeks, confirms the permanent mobilization of People’s National Army alongside state institutions to contribute to national efforts to support the national health system in the face of this deadly pandemic and to reduce its dangerous effects.
