The Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry announced, today, Sunday in a press release, that pharmacists will import 9000 oxygen concentrators within the next ten days.
As part of this initiative, 500 oxygen concentrators were received today, Sunday, at Algiers International Airport, Houari Boumediene, from China.
According to the press release, this process, initiated by “Biopharm” laboratory, will reach 2,000 intensive devices within the next few days.
All devices will be distributed to private pharmacists on the national territory, and made available to associations and donors, as well as to health institutions that lack facilities for oxygen-based treatment and patients staying in their homes.
