
Ministry of Transport is preparing to launch a digital portal that provides electronic services related to the sector, according to a statement of the Ministry.
The digital portal for the ministry’s electronic services was presented, during a meeting chaired today, Thursday, by the Minister of Transport, Moundji Abdellah, in the presence of executives of the ministry and various groups and institutions affiliated to it as well as experts and engineers in this field, according to the same source.
The presentation, which was made by representatives of the Directorate of Modernization, Digitization Technologies and Archives at the ministry touched on the content of the portal, which includes 56 electronic procedures, distributed between maritime, land and air transport activities.
At the conclusion of this meeting, which falls within the framework of monitoring the program of modernization and digitization of the transport sector, Mr. Abdellah gave the attending specialists and technicians instructions related to reconsidering the security aspects of the portal and taking the necessary measures to follow up and protect it from cyber attacks, in implementation of the government’s instructions in this regard.
