The Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, received yesterday, Thursday, German Ambassador to Algeria Elizabeth Walbers. The two sides discussed the state of the Algerian-German strategic partnership in the energy field, according to a communiqué of the ministry.
During this meeting, which took place at the Ministry’s headquarters, the two sides discussed the Algerian-German bilateral relations, especially the state of the Algerian-German strategic partnership in the field of energy, added the same source.
In this context, both parts expressed their satisfaction with the measures implemented with German partners in the field of energy, especially in the field of renewable energies and energy efficiency.
Mohamed Arkab also highlighted the distinguished Algerian-German relations and addressed the various areas in which there are opportunities to develop partnerships, especially in the areas of hydrogen, technology transfer and knowledge, according to the communiqué.
