Moudjahid El Hadi Radjeb: The President of the Republic signs a decree granting him Algerian nationality

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune outraged to learn of moudjahid (Martyr) El Hadi Radjeb’s lack of Algerian nationality, signs decree granting to him the Algerian citizenship and restoring his rights.

Shame on those who had blocked the granting of Algerian nationality to the late Moudjahid El Hadi Radjeb.

The President of the Republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, was outraged to learn that the Moudjahid El Hadi Radjeb did not have Algerian nationality.

No one in our wonderful and great Algeria would believe for a moment that the Algerian bureaucracy had blocked, for years, the granting of Algerian nationality to the deceased moudjahid El Hadi Radjeb.

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, outraged and saddened to learn of this terrible and shameful situation endured by a genuine moudjahid, who had joined the legendary FLN (National Liberation Front) troop at the age of 14, immediately ordered that the rights of the deceased El Hadi Radjeb be restored.

It was the family of the deceased moudjahid, through his widow, who informed the President of the Republic that her late husband had knocked on all the doors to obtain his nationality, but in vain, the crushing bureaucratic machine was ‘very powerful’.

“I ask for only one thing: the nationality of my late husband,” urged the widow of the moudjahid. The wish of the family and of the deceased was fulfilled, as the President of the Republic signed the decree granting nationality to Moudjahid El Hadi Radjeb, which was handed over to the family of the deceased on Thursday 2 February 2023.

Everyone will understand today the battle that the President of the Republic is conducting against this bureaucracy, which is making life difficult for the Republic.

“Bureaucracy is the greatest danger threatening the country,” President Tebboune noted in one of his press encounters. He was not wrong, as this bureaucracy even threatens our rich and great history.”
