The National Company for the Commercialization and Distribution of Petroleum Products (Naftal) will start, at the end of October, a project to expand and renovate the bulk liquefied petroleum gas storage center, located in Sidi Rezine (Algiers), said Wednesday the director of this center, Rachid Yager.
Yager explained during an inspection visit by the new Acting Director General, Mourad Mnaouer, to this center “The expansion and renewal project aims to increase the storage capacity of butane and propane gas in the center region in the first place,”.
The same official added, the same context that this project, whose work will last for 36 months, aims to rehabilitate the various existing facilities, improve the security of the center and modernize the monitoring equipment.
As for the rehabilitation works of the filling center located at the level of the bulk liquefied petroleum gas center, Yager indicated that they will be received in mid-November.
