People’s National Assembly will hold its first public session of the ninth legislative period on Thursday, under the chairmanship of the oldest winning candidate, with the assistance of the two youngest of them, according to a statement issued by the assembly today.
The same statement clarified that the agenda for this session, which will be held at ten o’clock in the morning, includes “calling the winning candidates according to the declaration delivered by Constitutional Council, as well as forming a membership verification committee” and then “ratifying its report and then electing the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly.”
